Community Life Assistant — Assisted Living, Part-Time

Job overview

The Community Life Assistant role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, on a part-time schedule with rotating weekends. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. The role supports community life and wellness programming at Minnehaha Senior Living, an assisted living, independent living, and memory care community. Working with the Community Life Director, the assistant helps organize and deliver programs that reflect residents’ needs and interests. The role contributes to residents’ daily engagement through group and individual programming, wellness calendars, and coordination with volunteers and care teams.

What you'll do

• Facilitate assigned group programs
• provide individual programming based on resident preferences
• participate in care conferences, department meetings, training, and staff meetings
• maintain department and community supplies
• work with volunteers as assigned
• develop a monthly wellness and community life calendar.
