What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, food carts, and food-preparation equipment
• empty and sanitize trash containers
• sweep, mop, and foam kitchen floors
• clean walls, floor mats, carts, and dish room
• clean heavy kitchen equipment
• transport food carts to satellite dining rooms
• assist with moving equipment, setting up events, running trays, and kitchen work as needed.
