What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff
• greet and direct visitors
• manage access procedures and entry records
• monitor lobby activity, access systems, cameras, alarms, and communications equipment
• respond to inquiries and incidents
• communicate with building personnel and Allied Universal leadership
• and complete logs and reports.
