The Junior Maintenance Technician — 3rd Shift role is onsite in York, PA, with a schedule of 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. Wednesday through Friday and alternating Saturdays. Pay is $20–$24 per hour. The technician supports production and mail operations equipment for Work Now Staffing’s York client. This role helps keep production machinery operating smoothly by responding to equipment jams, completing preventive maintenance, assisting with component replacement and calibration, and supporting basic diagnostics. Accurate maintenance records and safe work practices help reduce downtime and maintain operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Respond to floor calls to safely clear paper or material jams
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance and cleaning
• assist with replacing belts, rollers, sorting bins, and sensor reflectors
• help calibrate and test sorters, barcode scanners, static bars, and OCR camera arrays
• use basic multimeters and hand tools to assist with diagnostics
• maintain downtime, PM, and parts records
• follow lockout/tagout and safety requirements.
