What you'll do

• Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients
• build client relationships through follow-up, quotations, and account support
• round accounts, increase appropriate coverage, win back former clients, and prospect for new business
• evaluate client needs, obtain coverage and rates, prepare quotes, bind coverage, and coordinate documentation
• explain insurance options
• support renewals and retention
• track sales activities and metrics
• collaborate with teammates
• maintain continuing education and stay current on products, coverage changes, legislation, technology, and industry developments.
