What you'll do

• Develop and manage strategies to grow the business
• partner with regional leadership on customer service strategy and execution
• support district leadership with direction
• manage profit and loss, revenue, costs, and margins
• forecast, budget, plan, and set goals
• manage staff productivity and performance
• recruit and hire staff
• oversee front desk and retail counter customer service
• perform swim instruction as necessary.
