What you'll do

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and final construction estimates.
• Review architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Perform quantity take-offs and develop cost breakdowns.
• Coordinate RFPs, bid walks, and bid submissions.
• Maintain subcontractor relationships and provide value engineering recommendations.
