Mechanical Maintenance Technician — Night Shift

The Mechanical Maintenance Technician role is onsite in De Pere, WI. Pay is $20–$40 per hour, based on experience. The AmeriLux Family of Companies seeks to support its manufacturing and production team. The technician maintains and improves production equipment through planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment installations. This work helps maximize uptime, improve efficiency, and maintain product quality.

What you'll do

• Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance
• diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• troubleshoot equipment and implement corrective actions
• support upgrades, installations, and commissioning
• identify continuous improvement opportunities
• maintain records
• provide technical support and training
• follow safety procedures and communicate with production, engineering, and external partners.
