• define integrations across cloud, EDI, middleware, APIs, and third-party systems
• oversee performance, upgrades, migrations, availability, and disaster recovery
• lead cloud transformation and ERP implementations
• manage vendors and partners
• mentor global technical teams
• drive automation, cost optimization, and technical-debt reduction.
