Director of Patient Care Services

Job overview

The Director of Patient Care Services role is onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area. Compensation is $200,000–$250,000 per year. The role leads clinical operations for a Medicare-certified home health and hospice provider serving adult and geriatric patients across the Bay Area.

What you'll do

• Direct daily home health clinical operations
• supervise, recruit, mentor, and evaluate branch Clinical Managers and clinical supervisory staff
• ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, California Title 22 regulations, ACHC standards, and agency policies
• design and execute the QAPI program
• monitor OASIS documentation, rehospitalization rates, and patient satisfaction
• analyze clinical data and resolve operational bottlenecks
• and balance business goals, clinician support, and patient advocacy.
