What you'll do

• Solicit business to meet occupancy and rental goals
• respond to inquiries and leads and conduct property tours
• support rent collection, including delinquent accounts
• assist with property budget decisions
• maintain resident ledgers and files
• inspect units during move-in and move-out
• coordinate community events.
