What you'll do

• Design ethical, individualized client programming
• directly supervise behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians
• manage and supervise a caseload of four to six clients
• review session data with staff and families and modify treatment plans accordingly
• observe and meet with staff and families
• and consult with families about treatment, behavior modification, or staff concerns.
