The salary is $65,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience, with standard Monday–Friday business hours in the local time zone. The role supports the Finance team as The Landline Company expands its multimodal connections between regional communities and airline hubs.

What you'll do

• Manage accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, approvals, payment runs, and vendor inquiries
• prepare journal entries, accruals, and close schedules
• reconcile balance sheet accounts
• support payroll accounting
• maintain vendor records and year-end 1099 reporting
• assist with audits, tax filings, and analysis
• improve and document accounting processes and controls.
