Management Trainee – Operations

The Management Trainee – Operations is an onsite, full-time role in Garden City, KS. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Learn manufacturing processes and programs
• gain proficiency in frontline and management operations
• support relief-supervisor development, preventive maintenance programs, startup teams, and troubleshooting
• assist Quality Assurance with product and process development, specifications, raw-material monitoring, and continuous improvement
• participate in production or distribution capacity initiatives, technology development, testing, and operations
• support plant safety and regulatory programs
• develop and present technical information
• coach others when proficient
• complete special projects as needed.
