What you'll do

• Set and maintain customer service standards

• oversee store operations, staffing, financial performance, safety, product quality, cleanliness, merchandising, and replenishment
• monitor business indicators and implement corrective actions
• manage employee relations and compliance
• oversee marketing programs and promotions
• manage cash, assets, vendors, and loss prevention
• communicate priorities and performance expectations
• lead team meetings and business reviews.
