What you'll do

• Provide classroom instruction that meets caregiver training requirements
• deliver culturally competent training
• prepare orientation and in-service course materials
• coordinate supplies, classroom resources, and equipment
• develop the orientation training calendar
• attend staff, program, and team meetings and supervision
• scan, upload, and enter compliance documentation
• collect class feedback and surveys
• collect and upload orientation and in-service compliance paperwork.
