What you'll do

• Welcome guests and support check-in and checkout
• handle confidential guest records
• answer and route calls, emails, and inquiries
• manage cash drawer contents and transactions
• maintain hotel system records
• perform night audit functions
• keep common areas and the front desk orderly
• address guest requests and complaints
• complete overnight laundry duties and maintain a clean laundry area
• manage reservations, cancellations, room assignments, and billing accuracy
• communicate with other departments and escalate complex issues.
