The role drives operational improvement across assigned businesses, strengthening safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while developing continuous-improvement practices. It combines hands-on transformation work with coaching, cross-functional coordination, compliance support, and a documented handoff at the end of each assignment.

What you'll do

• Lead and facilitate kaizen events and continuous-improvement projects
• apply Lean and Six Sigma tools
• improve flow, capacity utilization, productivity, safety, first-pass yield, and delivery performance
• coach employees in operational excellence and structured problem solving
• partner with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance
• standardize practices across sites
• report performance metrics
• support process audits and applicable FAA, AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer requirements
• prepare a documented transition package. The program lasts 24 months across two operating-company assignments. Travel/relocation is 25–50%
• a bachelor’s degree in a related technical field and 3–5 years of manufacturing, engineering, or operations experience are required.
