What you'll do

• Solicit new accounts and review prior catering and banquet files
• determine client needs and direct staff
• manage the sales process and respond to inquiries
• conduct site visits and host prospective clients
• develop and distribute banquet materials
• negotiate and prepare proposals and contracts
• work with brides and other clients
• supervise catering staff and event preparation
• inspect event spaces
• coordinate client requests through the BEO process
• ensure timely billing and deposits.
