Adhesive Packaging Equipment Changeover Technician — First Shift

The Adhesive Packaging Equipment Changeover Technician role is onsite in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on the first shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Starting pay is $19 per hour. Meridian Adhesives Group supplies adhesive technologies for electronics, industrial, and infrastructure markets. The technician prepares packaging lines for production runs by changing, cleaning, and rebuilding machine components, troubleshooting equipment, and coordinating with operators and maintenance. The work helps keep production equipment ready and lines moving safely and efficiently.

What you'll do

• Clean parts and tear down and rebuild machine components
• remove and replace 55-gallon drums
• troubleshoot equipment and perform light mechanical fixes
• prepare production lines for upcoming jobs
• assist maintenance with daily tasks
• organize work areas and document activity
• collaborate with operators, line leads, and maintenance.
