What you'll do

• Troubleshoot live production server environments and business applications
• resolve and document incidents
• determine incident root causes
• make recommendations and define action plans
• share best practices and lessons learned
• assist and guide peers
• support improvements to the customer service experience
• work with vendors, primary contacts, and client IT staff.
