Production Technician — Property Restoration

Job overview

The Production Technician — Property Restoration role is an onsite, full-time position in Grand Rapids, MN. Pay is $17–$20 per hour. The role supports SERVPRO of Preferred Fire and Water’s work restoring properties after fire and water damage and helping families and businesses reclaim their spaces. The technician works with Project Managers and team leads to carry out restoration projects, from preparing work areas through cleanup and equipment breakdown. The role also maintains tools, vehicles, and work areas and follows safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Load gear, tools, and supplies
• prepare work zones
• perform demolition, cleanup, drying, moisture checks, and material removal
• coordinate with the team
• clean up and break down tools and equipment
• maintain warehouse, office, grounds, gear, and vehicles
• and participate in training and development.

Why this role

The schedule is Monday–Friday between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., at least 40 hours weekly, with evenings, occasional weekends, local travel, and occasional out-of-area work. On-call shifts are required.
