What you'll do

• Identify malfunctions in aircraft structures and systems
• repair and rebuild structural components
• replace and repair worn components
• remove, inspect, repair, reassemble, and reinstall engines
• perform aircraft inspections and operational tests
• repair electrical wiring and accessories
• perform routine servicing
• supervise safe aircraft jacking and towing
• document work in official maintenance records
• service engines and airframe components at line stations.
