What you'll do

• Manage and process payroll across multiple U.S. states
• ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements, wage and hour laws, garnishments, and reporting obligations
• partner with third-party payroll providers
• develop and implement standardized procedures, policies, and systems
• prepare payroll reports and support audits
• collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and external partners
• lead payroll system and HRIS implementation, integration, and optimization
• manage and develop payroll team members or coordinate with local payroll contacts
• collaborate with international payroll partners where applicable.
