What you'll do

• Work with professional staff on client monitoring and service coordination
• use treatment plans to develop activities for clients approved for QBHP services
• provide on-site and off-site interventions under supervision
• identify and respond to crises
• document progress notes and services
• coordinate referrals and appointments
• conduct psychoeducation groups daily
• complete client drug and nicotine testing as specified in treatment plans.
