What you'll do

• Review deed plotting, resolve property boundaries, and review and stamp survey plans
• oversee boundary retracements, subdivisions, and topographic surveys
• prepare and review survey drawings and documentation
• attend municipal meetings related to approvals
• conduct field visits
• manage survey data transfers and generate construction stakeout points
• coordinate with project managers and field crews
• assist with proposals and survey planning
• use survey drafting software and support LiDAR and point-cloud processing.

Why this role

Requires an active Professional Land Surveyor license, a bachelor’s degree in Civil Surveying, Surveying Engineering, or a related field, and 10–15 years of professional surveying experience. Carlson Survey CAD, Carlson data collection systems, or AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is a plus.
