Service Desk III

Job overview

The Service Desk III role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with compensation of $100,000–$120,000 per year plus bonus. Crusoe’s Service Desk team supports users and operations across servers, networks, infrastructure, SaaS applications, and file shares. Crusoe’s mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence through AI infrastructure. The role resolves complex technical issues end to end, administers identity and endpoint tools, and leads technology rollouts and upgrades. This work helps maintain secure, efficient systems and a reliable user experience across the company.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot networks, infrastructure, and SaaS applications
• partner with internal teams and external vendors
• own complex issues through resolution and document outcomes
• administer cloud identity platforms, MDM automation, and MDR/XDR tools
• lead technology rollouts and system upgrades.
