What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients using chopping, slicing, dicing, blending, mixing, and basic cooking techniques
• prepare and plate dishes with proper portions
• follow food safety and sanitation protocols
• answer guest questions about menu ingredients and preparation
• collaborate with guests and coworkers
• complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
