What you'll do

• Generate sales opportunities through outreach, referrals, social media, internet leads, and walk-in traffic
• assess customer needs and recommend used vehicles
• conduct test drives
• maintain knowledge of inventory, pricing, incentives, and market conditions
• guide customers through vehicle selection, trade evaluations, and introductory financing discussions
• partner with the F&I team
• negotiate and close deals
• follow up after sales.
