What you'll do

• Review inventory and par levels
• order, unpack, and receive materials
• fill requisitions
• deliver items to hotel and kitchen areas
• receive and track packages
• review and order banquet event items
• use computer programs including Excel for invoicing
• track inventory and freshness
• use FIFO delivery
• maintain clean and secure storage areas
• prepare food for daily production and events
• and supervise stewarding duties.
