Job overview

The Concierge role is onsite at The Citadel of Northbrook in Northbrook, IL. Compensation is $21–$25 per hour. The position supports residents and families at a skilled nursing care community. The concierge helps new residents and families transition into the facility and supports admissions, bed management, resident satisfaction, and related records. The role coordinates with admissions and interdisciplinary teams to communicate room readiness, address family concerns, and keep census and resident information current.

What you'll do

• Greet residents and families upon admission and coordinate after-hours notifications
• support facility tours
• create resident medical records in PointClickCare
• manage daily census activities and bed census
• communicate room readiness, room changes, and admissions to relevant teams
• prepare welcome materials
• monitor family contacts and document concerns
• manage RESIDE software information and resident agreements
• conduct satisfaction surveys when applicable.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent required; at least one year of long-term-care experience, preferably in customer service. CNA license and Care Transition Unit experience are preferred.
