What you'll do

• Lead student advising and retention support
• monitor student progress and contact students facing attendance or academic barriers
• contribute subject-matter expertise to curriculum development and revision
• support curriculum implementation and scheduling
• recruit, orient, supervise, mentor, and evaluate Driver Trainers
• observe classes and coach instructors
• convene faculty meetings
• maintain faculty records and professional development documentation
• support accreditation and regulatory reporting
• analyze program data and contribute to continuous improvement.
