What you'll do

• Hire, train, and support staff
• oversee daily community operations, marketing, inspections, and capital improvements
• address resident, prospective resident, vendor, and associate needs
• inspect vacated units and verify repairs
• assist with annual budgets and monitor financial objectives
• manage cash functions, inventory, reports, and purchasing
• oversee critical incidents and emergencies
• supervise affordable-housing compliance and annual audits.
