The stated U.S. salary range is $150,000–$220,000, plus equity. Instrumentl builds a SaaS platform that helps grant-funded organizations discover, track, and win grant funding. The product manager owns discovery, strategy, and delivery for core nonprofit workflows. The role connects customer problems to a sequenced roadmap, evaluates appropriate uses of AI, and partners with Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams to deliver measurable, trustworthy product outcomes.
