Youth Cheer Coach – West and North Phoenix Areas

The Youth Cheer Coach role is part-time and onsite in the West Valley, North Phoenix, West Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, and other greater Phoenix metro expansion areas. The coach leads weekly cheer sessions for children ages 4–15, preparing lessons and teaching cheerleading and cheer dance fundamentals. Coaching, mentoring, and positive role modeling support participants' development and the program's seasonal teams.

What you'll do

• Prepare practice plans
• teach cheerleading and cheer dance safely
• oversee practice check-ins
• choreograph routines and performance cheers
• teach team stunting fundamentals
• maintain basic records
• attend paid weekend events each semester
• complete paid training and assist a veteran coach during onboarding.
