• Handle complex litigation and large-exposure cases from inception through trial or resolution
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents
• conduct legal research
• identify and communicate exposure and risk
• build client relationships
• provide substantive analysis and reporting
• maintain organized case files
• travel as required for client or court needs.
