- Interpret drawings, blueprints, capacity tables, and order specifications
- calculate cut lengths and fitting requirements
- operate swaging and proof-testing machines
- splice wire rope and fabricate chain slings
- label products
- maintain inventory records
- report defective materials
- support shipping and receiving
- and keep the work area and equipment organized and safe.
