What you'll do

• Oversee daily field operations and manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, schedules, materials, and site activities
• interpret construction plans and specifications
• ensure safe, efficient, on-schedule work that meets codes and project requirements
• resolve field issues with project ownership and internal teams
• assist with estimates, costs, and planning
• manage approximately two to three projects
• travel to sites throughout New York and occasionally out of state.
