What you'll do

• Prepare soups, stocks, sauces, and other menu items using standardized recipes
• prepare or direct preparation of food, including special diet orders
• coordinate production with meal service hours to maintain food quality, temperature, and appearance
• determine daily food and supply needs and obtain supplies from storage
• maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
