What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate daily crew activities
• ensure safety protocols are followed
• train and mentor crew members on installation and safe material handling
• manage personnel, materials, tools, and equipment
• communicate job progress and site issues
• ensure work meets company standards and client expectations
• oversee loading and unloading
• handle project and completion paperwork
• verify payment amounts to collect.
