What you'll do
- Lead monthly RLC Demand Consensus process
- Own 24-36 month family-level demand plan
- Guide and develop demand planning analysts
- Lead weekly Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) meetings
- Integrate POS trends and channel inventory into forecasts
- Monitor forecast accuracy and perform root cause analysis
- Manage product lifecycle demand planning.
