What you'll do

• Review patient account statuses and balances
• handle calls about account reviews and payments
• assist with healthcare financing applications and patient payment arrangements
• work with an outside collection agency on delinquent accounts
• verify insurance benefits
• assist with patient complaints
• manage final stages of billing collections
• and ensure patient estimates are handled promptly.

Why this role

The schedule is Monday through Friday, either 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch or 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch. Additional flexibility may be offered after the probation period based on business needs.
