What you'll do

• Compile and maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll records for multiple clients
• prepare documented trial balances and manage payroll and sales/use tax
• analyze income statement variances
• integrate and streamline software platforms
• prepare research memoranda, correspondence, and reports for review
• coordinate engagement workflow and client communication
• coach and delegate to associates
• assist with staff training
• identify additional project opportunities
• enter and release time daily
• recommend firm process improvements
• participate in networking
• travel up to 50% to client sites.

Why this role

Three years of client advisory services experience in a medium-to-large public accounting firm or equivalent; bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred; QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor certification preferred or to be obtained within six months.
