What you'll do

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs. Provide one-to-one support in home, school, and community settings. Collect and document session data. Collaborate with BCBAs to refine interventions. Support and train families or caregivers in behavior techniques. Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies
• apply de-escalation and crisis management techniques as needed.
