Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate role is onsite in Rochester, NY. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. The position is a long-term temp-to-perm opportunity in a busy warehouse operation, with cross-training across receiving, inventory, picking, packaging, shipping, and material handling. The associate helps maintain accurate inventory flow and organized, safe warehouse operations by processing incoming and outgoing goods, documenting transactions, and supporting multiple warehouse functions. Optional Saturday overtime may be available; the listed schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, and Friday, 6:00 AM–11:00 AM.

What you'll do

• Pick inventory parts and verify part numbers and quantities
• record picked quantities
• receive and verify incoming inventory using FIFO
• report discrepancies or damaged materials
• clean, inspect, and package finished goods
• process receipts, RMAs, and NCMRs
• organize inventory
• safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• cross-train and support other warehouse functions.
