What you'll do

• Develop client and industry relationships and lead marketing, business development, proposals, and interviews. Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout and warranty
• oversee budgeting, bidding, estimating, purchasing, operations, schedules, labor, quality, and financial reporting
• negotiate owner change orders and subcontract agreements
• lead project safety planning and inspections
• mentor project team members and contribute to company initiatives.
