What you'll do

• Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and other store services
• operate point-of-sale systems, copiers, printers, rental computers, and other equipment
• process sales
• upsell and cross-sell
• open and close the center and systems
• maintain and stock inventory
• interact with couriers and vendors
• sort and deposit private mailbox mail
• organize virtual mail
• help train and mentor representatives as needed.
