The officer manages escrow transactions from contract review through closing, ensuring paperwork is complete, funds and loans are coordinated, and transaction terms are fulfilled. The role works with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, surveyors, and government agencies to resolve issues and support timely, accurate closings.

What you'll do

• Manage escrow contracts from beginning to end

• coordinate with lenders and underwriters to fund transactions
• build relationships with agents, attorneys, lenders, surveyors, and government agencies
• train and direct escrow assistants
• attend closings and support a positive closing experience.
