Disability Case Coordinator

The Disability Case Coordinator role is onsite in Buffalo, NY. Compensation is $20.00 per hour. This role supports case management by assigning cases, organizing and reviewing files, handling medical evidence and forms, and providing phone and clerical coverage while maintaining confidential records.

What you'll do

• Assign cases from electronic queues
• organize case information for medical evidence requests and claimant contact
• review electronic and paper folders
• sort and deliver mail and folders
• identify and manage medical evidence and forms
• perform electronic case queries
• photocopy, fax, and scan
• maintain printer supplies
• provide phone coverage and clerical support.
