Behavior Technician

Job overview

The Behavior Technician role is onsite in Apache Junction, AZ, and offers part-time schedules of two, three, or five days per week. Pay is $21.73–$29.15 per hour, based on experience and education. The technician provides behavior-analytic services and implements positive behavior strategies developed with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences
• implement positive behavior strategies developed with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• use evidence-based practices
• document session data
• collaborate with families and supervisors
• follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
